The website is hosted by Squarespace. Information may also be processed through essential service providers used for website hosting, email, administration and payment processing. These providers receive only the information required to perform their services.

Where a provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, appropriate legal safeguards will be relied upon where required.

How long information is retained

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting or safeguarding responsibilities.

As a general guide:

  • enquiries that do not lead to tuition may be retained for up to 12 months;

  • teaching, assessment and client administration records may be retained for up to six years after services end; and

  • financial and transaction records may be retained for up to six years.

Information may be retained for longer where there is a legal or safeguarding reason to do so.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;

  • request deletion of your information;
